iComet Rescue is a product of iComet Software Services Pvt Ltd, Nashik, India. We rescue legacy PHP/Laravel/React systems for US/EU/AU clients. This policy explains how we handle your data when you book a Discovery Call or pay via Payoneer/Wise.

Discovery Call bookings via Cal.com: Name, email, timezone, company, message about your system
Payment info via Payoneer / Wise: We receive confirmation only. We do NOT store card numbers, bank accounts, CVV.
Analytics GA4: Anonymized IP, pages visited, time, device — only after cookie consent
Loom videos / audit files: If you share system access for audit

4. How We Use Data

  • Schedule and conduct Discovery Calls
  • Deliver $499 Audit and Rescue Sprints
  • Process payments and send invoices (export zero-rated GST with LUT)
  • Improve website conversion
  • Project updates via Loom/email

5. Data Sharing — We Never Sell

We share only with essential providers: Payoneer, Wise, Cal.com (cal.com/privacy), Google Analytics 4, Cloudflare, Bunny.net for video.

6. International Transfers

India-based serving US/EU/AU. EU: Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs). California: No sale (CCPA). India: DPDP Act 2023 compliant.

7. Retention & Rights

Bookings 2 years, Payments 7 years tax, GA4 14 months, Cloudflare 30 days. Rights: Access, correction, deletion via rescue@icomettech.com — 30 days GDPR / 45 days CCPA.

8. Security

TLS encryption, Cloudflare WAF, least-privilege access, no credential storage in plain email.
