3. Discovery Calls
Free 15-min Discovery Calls via Cal.com. No pitch, just feasibility. We take only 2 rescue sprints at a time. If full, we inform you.
4. Payments
USD only. Primary: Payoneer Request a Payment (Card/ACH/Wire). Backup: Wise Business, US wire via Payoneer Global Payment Service. Export zero-rated GST with LUT. 50% upfront for sprints >$5k.
5. Refund Policy
Audit: If after 48h we cannot provide clear fix map, 100% refund. If map provided and you don't proceed, fee is for work done but credited.
Sprint: Fixed-price. If critical module not fixed in staging, proportional refund. No refund after production deployment.
6. No 100% Guarantee - Legacy Code
Legacy systems have hidden debt. We use Strangler Fig pattern - fix bleeding artery first, not full rebuild. Best effort, not 100% bug-free guarantee due to unknown prior code.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide staging access, repo, DB backup
- Maintain production backups - not liable for data loss if you have no backup
- Single point of contact for decisions
- Do not deploy staging to production without testing
8. IP & Confidentiality
Your code remains yours. Our rescue methodology, tooling and fix-map templates remain ours. Mutual NDA - we don't share your business logic, you don't share our internal tooling.
9. Limitation of Liability
Liability limited to amount paid for service. Not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, downtime if you have no backup.
10. Governing Law
India, Maharashtra, Nashik jurisdiction. For international clients, amicable resolution first via email/video call.
